Delivered once construction is complete and the wind farm is generating, Muirhall Energy is proud to offer an industry leading £7,000 per MW based on the site’s generational capacity.
This fund is index-linked for the lifetime of the project and, over the 40-year lifespan of the average windfarm is transformative, allowing investment and larger capital projects to be considered, with funding distributed by our communities, in our communities, for our communities.
We are fully flexible on fund management arrangements depending on the wishes and needs of the community. This flexibility in approach provides communities with a choice as to how best their community funding can be managed, governed and distributed, providing community-led decision making and ensuring that communities themselves decide on the key funding priorities for their area.
