Muirhall Energy is delighted to have won Best Engagement at the Scottish Green Energy Awards 2021.
Our Crossdykes Wind Farm was recognised for community engagement and investment. The local community around Langholm, Lockerbie and beyond will benefit from an industry leading £7,000 per MW community investment fund and also through additional benefits from local community councils which hold a 5% stake in the ownership of the wind farm.
Community engagement and investment is a central part of our business and at the heart of what we do. It means a great deal to be recognised for this engagement and it is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our Muirhall team and the efforts of local community members.
